Anna Nouzovsky, MEd

Anna is a second-year doctoral student in the Counseling Psychology program at Texas A&M University. Anna’s primary research and clinical interest areas include crisis management, suicide prevention, and depression. After completing her undergraduate degree in 2015, Anna served an AmeriCorps service term teaching Mental Health First Aid in which she taught individuals to recognize and support others experiencing a crisis, including panic attacks and thoughts of suicide. Since pursuing her education at Texas A&M she has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and values the impact that counseling can have in empowering people to live healthy, meaningful, and authentic lives. She engages in counseling from existential, interpersonal and multicultural frameworks while integrating other theories to best help clients meet their goals for therapy.
