Biography

As a person-centered therapist, McCullough believes every child and teen deserves a safe, welcoming space to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Her approach blends person-centered therapy with cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques, always tailored to each client’s unique needs and strengths. 

McCullough has a special passion for working with kids and teens navigating life changes, anxiety, stress or behavioral challenges. Her background as an academic coach, advisor and educator, combined with years of experience in diverse professional environments, helps her connect with young people from all walks of life. McCullough strives to create an atmosphere of trust and respect, where every client—regardless of background or identity—feels heard, valued and empowered. 

McCullough's goal is to help young people build resilience, strengthen relationships and discover their capacity for growth and happiness. She is committed to providing culturally sensitive care and believes therapeutic relationships are the foundation for meaningful change.
