I work with adolescents, teens and adults, specializing in trauma and grief in an outpatient setting. I provide clinical support to research, studying the effects of youth depression and suicide, as well as youth who have experienced trauma. My approach is person-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices, creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients can feel safe to heal and grow.
I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs, helping clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and move toward lasting emotional well-being.
