Services & Conditions We Treat
Couples Therapy
We provide a supportive space for partners to better understand each other, navigate conflict and strengthen emotional connection. Using evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment-based frameworks, treatment focuses on identifying patterns that contribute to disconnection and helping couples create new, more secure ways of relating.
Group Therapy
Our outpatient clinic provides supportive, evidence-based group therapy designed to help individuals build coping skills, improve emotional well-being and connect with others facing similar challenges. Through guided in-person sessions led by licensed professionals, clients gain insight, encouragement and practical tools for managing everyday stressors. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where people can work together, heal and grow at their own pace.
Interventional Psychiatry
The Texas A&M Interventional Psychiatry Service (TAMIPS) offers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), esketamine and Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) for treatment-resistant depression, chronic suicidal ideation and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
Outpatient General Psychiatry
Our service provides specialized care for all ages, offering medication and therapy for mental, emotional and behavioral conditions through in-person and telehealth appointments.
Perinatal and Reproductive Mental Health Conditions
The outpatient psychiatric clinic offers consultations for pre-conception counseling, pregnancy, postpartum mental health concerns, infertility, perinatal loss and birth trauma. Our team is also experienced in providing services for concerns related to menstrual cycle-related mood changes and peri-menopause.
Play Therapy
In-person play therapy provides a safe, supportive environment where children can express emotions and process experiences through play. Using a child-centered playroom filled with carefully selected toys and materials, our therapists follow the child’s lead in sessions, fostering autonomy, emotional regulation and self-expression. This approach helps build trust and promote healing in a developmentally appropriate way.
Sex Therapy
Sex therapy focuses on addressing concerns related to sexual functioning, desire and intimacy within a safe, nonjudgmental and inclusive environment. Grounded in trauma-informed and sex-positive care, this work integrates biological, psychological, relational and cultural factors that influence sexual well-being.
