Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Snoring
Skeletal surgical correction for sleep apnea through maxillomandibular (upper and lower jaw) advancement is more than 95 percent effective in its ability to significantly enlarge the upper airway and limit obstruction. By moving the upper and lower jaws forward, we allow the airway to open during sleep. We work with an interdisciplinary sleep disorders team to provide the best possible outcome for our patients.
Additional sleep apnea information is available from the American Sleep Apnea Association.
