Dr. Vaughan was born and raised in far west Texas. He graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Piano Performance. He attended medical school at the Long School of Medicine, formerly the UTHSC-San Antonio. He then completed his residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Ft. Worth. Dr. Vaughan is Board Certified in Family Medicine with special interests in dermatology, office procedures, adolescent and geriatric medicine.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Laura, playing the piano and reading science fiction.
