About
Dr. Friedman has practiced as an OB-GYN in the Brazos Valley since 2006 and has more than 20 years of clinical experience. She graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine in 1997 and completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, in 2002. She is trained in all aspects of women’s health including well-women exams, contraception, abnormal uterine bleeding and abnormal pap smears.
Dr. Friedman was in private practice with Women’s Professional Health Center in College Station from 2006 to 2015. Her practice then merged with College Station Medical Center, where she practiced until 2018. She is now a practicing member with Texas A&M Health Family Care, where she will continue an office gynecology practice and work with the Texas A&M Family Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Friedman has also joined Texas A&M College of Medicine as assistant dean of student affairs within the Office of Medical Education. She will be leading career advising efforts for the medical students, assisting them as they create their own unique paths into their medical careers.
