Sandra Harper

Sandra Harper is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under supervision, serving in a provider role with the TCHATT program. With a background in corporate training and consulting, Sandra brings a strong foundation in communication, systems thinking, and client-centered support to TCHATT. In January 2024, Sandra began her practicum with TCHATT and later joined the team as TCHATT Project Coordinator while continuing her clinical training. Sandra is passionate about making mental health care accessible, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate for the young people she serves.
