Harper is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under supervision, serving in a provider role with the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) program. With a background in corporate training and consulting, Harper brings a strong foundation in communication, systems thinking and client-centered support to TCHATT. In January 2024, Harper began her practicum with TCHATT and later joined the team as TCHATT project coordinator while continuing her clinical training. Harper is passionate about making mental healthcare accessible, compassionate and developmentally appropriate for the young people she serves.
