Services & Conditions We Treat

Acute Care

Our providers can promptly treat minor injuries and illnesses, such as sprains, cuts, colds, and infections, ensuring you get convenient and comprehensive care close to home. We also offer a full range of lab tests and provide follow-up appointments in our mobile clinic or through telehealth.

Chronic Condition Management

Ongoing, long-term management of chronic conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes, etc. Services involve easy access to a dedicated care team along with care coordination and medication management.

Dental Screening

A primary care dental screening is a visual check of the mouth to identify early signs of oral health problems and refer patients for dental care when needed.

Disease Prevention

Comprehensive cancer screenings, well-women exams, vaccinations, STI checks, and other disease prevention services such as hormone therapy, vitamin injections and nutrition counseling are available.

Geriatric Care

We address the complex needs of older adults by focusing on health promotion and the prevention and treatment of disease and disability.

Health Promotion

We partner to provide screenings and education with local schools and community organizations to teach topics such as Stop the Bleed, CPR, general hygiene and basic first aid.

Health Screenings

We provide vision and hearing screenings, evaluate children for scoliosis or lead exposure, and offer comprehensive screenings for all stages of life. We offer on-site lab collections and can run many labs in the mobile clinic.

Home Visits

Established patients can make arrangements for a home visit in instances when they cannot travel to the mobile clinic. Subject to provider availability.

Physicals

Full-service DOT physicals for commercial drivers licenses and UIL sports pre-participation physicals with ECG evaluation of cardiac risk are offered in the mobile clinics.

Primary Care

Our providers deliver comprehensive care for all ages. In addition to in-person visits, we offer telehealth visits for established patient visits that do not require physical examination or labs. As an alternative, labs can be ordered and drawn at any CPL lab.

School-Based Health Center

We partner with schools to provide on-site services to students, faculty, staff and the community.

Telebehavioral Health

We collaborate with the Texas A&M Health Telehealth Institute to provide warm handoffs to the Texas A&M Health Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Care Clinic.

Vaccinations

We are a Texas Vaccines for Children and Adult Safety Net provider and can provide all routine immunizations for both insured and underinsured or uninsured patients. Typical vaccines available include TDAP, Polio, Meningitis, MMR, Hep A, Hep B, Varicella, Pneumonia, RSV, Flu and HPV.

Weight Loss
