Permit Preregistration
All commercial customers must pre-register to ensure that customer data is accurate.
TAMHSC faculty, staff, and students do not need to pre-register using these forms.
After the Health Science Center parking department validates the pre-registration data an email will be sent indicating eligibility to purchase a permit for the appropriate campus.
