Bruce R. Williams

Biography

Bruce comes to the Texas A&M Health by way of Indiana and Kentucky. He is in his 26th year of being a healthcare professional and 15th year of healthcare simulation education and administration. Educationally he has completed 3 degrees in nursing with additional degrees in computer aided industrial drafting and occupational safety management.

Bruce’s work experiences include the intensive care unit, emergency departments, flight and ground transport, prehospital fire/EMS, occupational medicine, organ donation and academia. He has worked at all levels within simulation and has a true passion for improving quality and safety. Bruce’s variety of work experiences allow a strong base to innovatively and creatively collaborate with faculty to engage learners at all levels.

When not at work Bruce’s hobbies are bike riding, camping, stained glass, plastic and silicone mold making and 3D printing.
