COVID-19 Guidance for Patients
Our clinics are open and ready to care for you.
We have taken several measures to make sure you’re safe when you visit our offices. Here’s our commitment to you:
- Family care is now offering virtual care on your telephone, computer or smart device. However, your care provider may need to see you in the office to conduct evaluation for certain types of conditions. Please call our office to request an appointment: 979.776.8440
- At this time, the College of Dentistry is only providing emergency dental care. Emergency patients are being seen by appointment only. Visit the College of Dentistry website for more information.
- When you come to our clinic for an appointment, you will be required to wear a mask.
- When inside our clinics, we recommend washing or sanitizing your hands after touching common surfaces, and we ask that you cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue or the crook of your elbow.
- We are following CDC recommended cleaning and sanitizing practices for exam rooms, waiting areas, and other clinic spaces.
- Additionally, we are following physical distancing practices and asking visitors and patients to keep 6 feet of distance between themselves and others when inside our clinics.
- We will pre-screen you for potential COVID-19 infection over the phone and again when you arrive to the office (including family members of potential infections).
We provide rapid, 30-minute COVID-19 tests at the Bryan clinic. Call to schedule an appointment: 979.776.8440.
