Biography
Sarah served in the U.S Army as a Medic from 2012 to 2016 specializing in emergency response and field hospital deployment. She spent 2016 as the simulation coordinator for soldiers deploying, retraining, and testing at the Fort Bliss Medical Simulation Center. After her time in active duty, she transferred to the Texas Reserves and finished her bachelor’s degree at Texas Southern University, where she studied Public Affairs and History. After graduation, Sarah worked in the private sector but felt public sector medical simulation was what she wanted to pursue. Sarah moved from Houston to Round Rock to be a part of the Texas A&M Simulation & Immersive Learning Center team, where she has been the lead coordinator for three years.
