About Meghan Windham

Meghan Windham, MPH, RD, LD, works at University Health Services providing nutrition education and consults with students on an individual basis to meet their nutritional needs.

Since 2011, Windham has been working with college-aged populations providing specialized nutrition care for eating disorders, weight management and medical nutrition therapy, among others.

She serves on the Eating Disorder Interdisciplinary Team (EDIT) with a psychologist and physicians (including a psychiatrist) as they work together to provide optimal care for Texas A&M students.

Windham has developed and now supervises a grocery store tour program providing students with a hands-on learning experience outside of the classroom. She has received the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year Award from TAND.

Windham received her Bachelor of Science Degree in nutrition science from Texas A&M University. She obtained her Master in Public Health and completed her accredited dietetic internship at the University of Texas School of Public Health - Houston.
